Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards by conducting thorough inspections. Your expertise will help uphold our reputation for excellence and compliance with industry regulations, fostering continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Duties
- Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, Also Visual Inspection
- Code knowledge ASME, AWS, PED, B31.3, ABSA, TSSA
- Conduct Receiving Inspections of Materials.
- Create Weld Maps, Heat Logs and NDE Maps.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement and improve overall quality assurance processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of inspections, audits, calibration reports, and non-conformance reports for traceability and compliance purposes.
- Support Manufacturing with Aligning Quality to Production for a seamless operation.
Requirements
- CWI Certification Preferred.
- Strong knowledge In Welding and Fabrication
- Familiarity with quality standards including ASME SECT. VIII Div.1, AWS, PED, ABSA, TSSA.
- Experience conducting and implementing corrective actions effectively.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
