We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Quality Control, Training Specialist Supervisor.
Duties
1. Service Quality Monitoring and Quality Inspection
2. Root Cause Analysis and Process Feedback
3. Training System Development and Implementation
4. Knowledge Base and Script Library Maintenance
5. Service Data and Training Effectiveness Tracking
Experience
At least 2 years of frontline experience in cross-border logistics, international freight forwarding, or cross-border e-commerce customer service (with experience handling customer complaints via work orders, email, or social media)
At least 6 months of experience in quality inspection or mentoring/training
Strong English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
