B&C Fulfillment is looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Customer Service & Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — managing incoming requests, routing tickets to the right departments, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Beyond customer-facing work, you will also support day-to-day office operations including social media management and general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Ticketing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals
- Log, manage, and track customer requests using our ticketing system
- Triage and assign tickets to the appropriate department based on issue type and urgency
- Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or specialized teams as needed
Social Media & Communications
- Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, updates, and announcements for posting
General Office & Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Support data entry, reporting, and other clerical tasks as assigned
- Greet and assist office visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
