Join our dynamic real estate team as a Part-Time Real Estate Agent and Alcove Vendor specializing in referrals, property tours, and inspections! This energetic role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn referral bonuses while helping clients find their ideal shared-living location. You’ll be able to work as much or as little as you'd like. As a vendor, you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with properties, conducting property tours and inspections.
Duties
- Conduct property tours and inspections to showcase listings and assess property conditions for clients
- Facilitate client referrals by connecting interested Landlords to the Alcove Platform.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized records of property visits, client interactions, and referral activities to support ongoing success
Qualifications
- North Carolina Real Estate license
- Experience in real estate tasks or property management preferred
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to real estate is a plus
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and sales techniques
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and documentation efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles enhances your ability to connect with clients confidently
- Technically capable, updated smartphone.

Pay: $25.00 - $500.00 per hour
