As the exclusive distributor of Red Bull Energy Drink, Lift Off Distribution is looking for a reliable and adaptable Route Relief Representative to join our team in the Woodbridge VA office. In this role, you will provide route coverage relief to the sales team in the absence of the regular Route Sales Representative. You will be responsible for maintaining the same high standard of service, merchandising, and customer relationships that our customers expect.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Cover established routes for Route Sales Representatives who are on vacation, sick leave, or otherwise unavailable
- Quickly adapt to new routes, customers, and store layouts while maintaining service quality and execution standards
- Sell and deliver products to customers using a company-provided vehicle
- Issue or obtain customer signatures on receipts for pickup or delivery
- Collect payments and record all transactions accurately
- Merchandise product on shelves and racks to ensure strong visibility and proper placement
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and fully stocked across shelves, coolers, and displays
- Work with customers to identify and execute secondary placement opportunities, including coolers, displays, and racks
- Communicate relevant sales programs and promotions that benefit the customer
- Resolve customer concerns related to product and pricing in a professional manner
- Collect empty containers and manage returns or unsold merchandise

Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new routes, store environments, and customer expectations
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights; general lifting up to 45 lbs. and up to 200 lbs. with a handcart
- Ability to bend, reach, and kneel as needed throughout the workday
Preferred
- Prior route sales, DSD, or delivery experience strongly preferred
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record check
