Position Overview
The Night Auditor is both the calm overnight presence and the brain behind the books. You’ll handle late check-ins, close out the day’s financials, and set up the hotel for a successful tomorrow—all while ensuring a quiet, secure guest experience overnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit of guest folios and hotel revenue
- Balance financial transactions and generate end-of-day reports
- Reconcile inter-departmental postings such as valet, f&b, etc.
- Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and overnight requests
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
- Prepare front desk for morning team hand-off
- Other Tasks as Assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel front office or audit role
- Comfortable working solo and overnight
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with strong math skills
- Reliable and calm in overnight scenarios
- Familiarity with StayNTouch or similar PMS a plus

Pay: $25.50 - $27.50 per hour
