What You’ll Do
As an Agent on our team, you'll take ownership of your success, driving the front end of every wholesale real estate transaction.
- The Hunt: Source distressed properties, evaluate market value, and uncover hidden off-market gems.
- The Hustle: Prospect daily, build relationships with local cash buyers and investors, and maintain aggressive, consistent follow-up in your pipeline.
- Cross-Team Synergy: Work directly in tandem with our traditional retail team to maximize lead monetization, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- The Close: Conduct in-person property walkthroughs, negotiate directly with sellers, and lock in the contracts.
Who You Are
- Licensed & Ready: You hold an active Real Estate License (this is highly preferred).
- Hungry to Learn: Investment or wholesale experience is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right agent who has a relentless drive to succeed.
- Fiercely Competitive: You thrive in a straight-commission environment where your paycheck matches your work ethic.

Note: This is a pure entrepreneurial role. You will be a 1099 independent contractor with no traditional benefits, no corporate management tracks, and no base salary—just raw earning potential, dedicated support, and the freedom to build your own success.
