We are looking for a reliable Maintenance technician to help oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of our companies' properties in Claremore. A great maintenance technician will have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Include:
- Processing work orders in a timely fashion.
- Perform routine maintenance work on structures, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance, heating and air conditioning.
- Perform semi-skilled tasks using power tools such as sander, saws, and drills. Uses hand tools when making repairs on equipment and structures.
- Execute service calls which require only minimum skills such as changing appliance parts on sinks, tubs, toilets, pipes, checking heaters, gas valves, replacing motor guard, and numerous other tasks that do not require a licensed mechanic.
- Complete all needed repairs & improvements to apartments and homes prior to resident move-in by following the make-ready checklist.
- Communicate with the maintenance lead and property managers.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations.
- Must be motivated and have strong attention to detail.
- Must be a self starter and work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
