We’re hiring a Pest Control Service Technician to join our established team. Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, both indoors and outdoors
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while delivering top-quality service and solutions
- Manage daily routes with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Use and maintain pest control equipment and products safely and professionally
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Communicate with clients to assess their needs, offer pest control solutions, and follow up on service quality
- Keep accurate records of services rendered, including customer feedback and pest control measures
Qualifications:
- No prior pest control experience necessary – we will train you
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
- Consistently follow detailed instructions while maintaining compliance with safety protocols
- Properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with workplace safety requirements
- Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong self-motivation and reliability
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required for insurance compliance)
- Must have clean driving record and criminal background check (REQUIRED)
