Responsibilities:

Strategic Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes and credentials, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational objectives. Conduct comprehensive prescreening of candidates, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.

Networking: Research colleges, universities, and groups to partner with to enhance our recruiting efforts. Attend career fairs and networking events as a representative of CMI Media Group and Compas. Help plan and host Career Days within our offices.

Proactive Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online resources, networking, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates. Leverage your expertise in media and advertising to attract and engage exceptional talent.

Streamlined Interview Coordination: Manage all aspects of the interview process efficiently, from scheduling to logistics. Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Comprehensive Candidate Support: Provide candidates with in-depth information about our company culture, values, and career opportunities. Conduct post-interview follow-ups to assess candidate satisfaction and enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, networking, and relationship management.

Advertising/media agency recruitment is huge plus!
