EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position supports the statewide management of IT financial operations and strengthens the systems that guide billing, cost recovery, and revenue planning. The role helps ensure that financial practices align with agency needs and enterprise standards. As a Director of Billing and Cost Recovery Management, you will perform the following duties:

Financial Leadership: Guide statewide IT financial planning, including forecasting and the use of Technology Business Management principles

Billing Oversight: Manage shared services billing processes and ensure accuracy in cost recovery and revenue tracking

Policy Guidance: Support agencies and leadership in applying financial policies, standards, and strategic practices

Collaboration Coordination: Work with enterprise teams and delivery centers to align operational activities with financial objectives

Governance Support: Help develop financial governance practices that improve transparency and promote cost effective services

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, three days in office and two days telework. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
