Graphic Finisher Trainee Description
We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Graphic Finisher Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to break into the graphics industry—no prior experience is required, and we’ll provide all the training you need on the job. As part of our Finishing crew, you’ll help in the production of large-scale graphics and displays that go out to locations such as movie theaters (including the TCL Chinese Theatre), hotel convention centers (such as LA Live Marriott), and luxury shopping destinations like The Grove and Americana. You’ll learn how to use our RF welding machine, CNC Machine, and industrial sewing machine and other equipment's such as hand tools, power tools, ladders, a scissor lifts.
This is a full-time position with a standard schedule that begins at 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but requires flexibility during peak periods as you may need to work long hours (reaching Overtime and possibly Double-Time) depending on project needs. We’re seeking someone that’s reliable, a collaborative team player eager to learn, who takes pride in their work, and is willing to grow with us.
Candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Have a valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years old to qualify to drive our vehicles
- Able to speak and read in English
- Able to see properly; proper vision, up close and with distance (with corrective lenses if needed)
- Able to Kneel Regularly
- Able to Stand, bend, and grasp on a regular basis
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to climb ladders
- Able to use tape measure accurately and have mechanical skills to use hand power tools
- Able to using cutting tools (box cutters, scissors, etc..)
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter, disciplined and safety oriented
- Be cooperative and able to work in a team environment
- Have willingness and desire to learn the required techniques and skills
- Able to take direction and learn new processes, skills and techniques
- Able to begin work at 7:00 AM – may need to start as early as 6:00 AM during peak periods
- Able to adapt to a flexible schedule during peak periods; will be expected to work overtime, some weekends and occasionally work on holidays.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate RF welding machine
- Operate CNC machines
- Operate industrial sewing machine
- Install grommet eyelets to banners
- Trim and cut graphics with precision
- Assemble structures using our T3 Modular System
- Use ladders and/or scissors lift to test fit graphics on tall T3 Modular Systems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working area
- Assist with occasional material pickups and deliveries
