This position offers 75% remote flexibility, with approximately 25% of your time spent providing in-person supervision to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our administrative team handles scheduling, authorizations, intake, and client coordination so you can focus on delivering high-quality clinical care.

Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
