Overview
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Boba Barista to join our café team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tea, coffee, and creating a great experience for customers in a busy drink shop environment.
As a Boba Barista, you will prepare specialty beverages such as milk teas, fruit teas, and coffee drinks while delivering friendly and efficient service. Team members help maintain a clean workspace, follow drink recipes, and ensure every guest receives a high-quality drink and a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare boba tea, specialty tea, and coffee beverages
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and drink stations
- Follow drink recipes and quality standards
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work efficiently during busy periods
Qualifications
- Passion for tea, coffee, and beverage preparation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude
- Previous café or food service experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
