BARISTA / CAFE TEAM MEMBER Luna Muna CafeBar – Panama City, Fl
Luna Muna CafeBar is looking for a dependable, energetic, and hospitality-focused Barista to join our growing team.
We’re more than just coffee. We focus on creating an elevated guest experience through handcrafted drinks, fresh food, cleanliness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and loves interacting with people.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, smoothies, juices, teas, and specialty menu items• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere• Maintain cleanliness of the café, bar, dining room, bathrooms, and outdoor seating areas• Wash dishes and maintain organized workstations• Restock supplies, rotate products, and assist with food prep• Follow food safety and sanitation standards• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and consistency• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic• Reliable transportation and punctuality• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail• Ability to stand for extended periods• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds• Must be available to work Saturdays• Previous café, restaurant, coffee shop, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Type:Part-Time or Full-Time
This is a year-round position, not seasonal
Compensation:
- Training Pay: $11.00 per hour plus tips• Upon successful completion of training and demonstration of proficiency in café operations, cleanliness standards, guest service, and shift responsibilities, hourly pay will increase based on performance and position.• Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility are available for motivated team members.
Schedule
- Day shifts can be Tuesday- Sunday • Saturdays required• Holidays as needed
