Delphi Academy of Florida is a private, non-sectarian, competency-based Preschool–High School in Clearwater, Florida. Our enrollment has rapidly grown in recent years, with a strong waiting list of families eager to join our community. We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to lead one of our early childhood classrooms and contribute to the exceptional experience we provide to our youngest learners.

Director Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a positive, nurturing educational environment for young children
- Implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Monitor student progress and support individualized learning plans
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and developmental progress
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with parents and families
Qualifications
- Required: Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (fully licensed)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 2–5), including leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood education standards and licensing requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with both children and adults
- Patient, organized, nurturing, and energetic
- Ability to build lasting relationships with staff, students, and families
- Computer proficiency, including managing online systems and classroom communications
- Passionate about early childhood education and child development
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma (Associate’s or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred)
