CNC Operator

About the Role
This CNC Operator opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work, learning new skills, and contributing to a team focused on quality. You will operate CNC machines, monitor performance, and inspect finished parts to help keep production running smoothly.
The role offers training and support for candidates who want to build their CNC machining skills. You will learn setup instructions and basic machine adjustments while working in a fully air-conditioned shop.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts according to established standards
· Read blueprints and follow setup instructions with guidance from experienced team members
· Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as trained
· Inspect parts to confirm accuracy and quality
· Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of one year of CNC operation and setup experience
· Ability to read blueprints
· Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
