Silver Creek Manufacturing is seeking a versatile individual for the production floor. Positions are available across multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). Specific shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complete production welding as instructed.
- Ensure all welding work meets industry codes and standards.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Support production by operating a press, operate assembly equipment such as spot welders and drill presses or light assembly work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete required paperwork for all work procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Welding experience preferred but not necessary. Training available.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to drive forklift.
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible and have excellent attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
