Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensing.
- Enter prescriptions accurately using PioneerRx Pharmacy Software.
- Process insurance claims and resolve basic third-party rejections.
- Answer telephone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Receive, organize, and stock prescription inventory.
- Prepare prescriptions for pickup and delivery.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and efficient.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and team members to provide outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy technician experience preferred but not required.
- Current Michigan Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to obtain one (if applicable).
- Experience with PioneerRx is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
