We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inside Sales Coach to help elevate our sales team’s performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing recorded sales appointments on a daily basis
- Analyzing conversations for strengths, weaknesses, and missed opportunities
- Providing clear, actionable feedback to sales representatives
- Identifying patterns, trends, and common objections within sales calls
- Helping improve closing rates by coaching on communication, tone, and strategy
- Leaving detailed, impactful notes for each reviewed appointment
- Collaborating with leadership to improve overall sales processes
- Ensuring a consistent number of appointments are reviewed each day
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Ability to identify key moments in conversations and break them down effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to give constructive feedback in a clear and professional manner
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
- Sales experience is a strong plus, but not required
