About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate is personable, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients find the right insurance coverage for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their insurance needs and provide personalized coverage options.
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
- Quote and sell insurance policies while meeting company sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers in a timely manner.
- Explain policy coverage, options, premiums, and requirements clearly.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and renewal process.
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
