PAY DETAILS
- CPM rate starts at $0.55 and goes up to $0.65 based on what you can verify
- Average weekly gross lands between $1,300 and $1,500
- Our highest earning drivers make $1,800 per week
- Orientation is one day you get $300 added to your first paycheck
- We handle your travel and hotel to get to orientation

THE FREIGHT YOU WILL RUN
- Refrigerated loads only you never touch the freight
- Seven out of ten loads are drop and hook back in, drop, hook, gone
- Remaining loads are live but managed
- Weekly mileage sits between 1,700 to 2,300
- Lanes run primarily east of I-35 consistent and predictable
- New York City and surrounding boroughs are not in our network

CDL-A RECENT GRADUATES
- We pair you with a veteran driver for 4 to 6 weeks of hands-on road training
- You run actual lanes, haul actual freight, and collect an actual paycheck the whole time
- School must be accredited with at least 120 verified hours completed
- We need a steady work background gaps are a concern so be upfront
- Once you complete training and start driving solo you transition to $0.55 CPM
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Class A CDL in good standing
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experienced applicants need 6 months minimum in a tractor-trailer
- Graduate applicants need 120 or more hours from an accredited CDL program
- Full compliance with DOT and FMCSA standards
- Clear pre-employment drug screen
- Strong safety record and professional conduct on and off the road
