Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with caregivers and other team members to support progress across settings
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with professional and ethical guidelines
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- At least 2 years of pediatric experience in private practice, school, or medical settings
- Experience with feeding therapy preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excitement about helping shape a growing practice
