Full Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: The Top Tower Hand will be the lead man on the tower and assist the tower foreman with day to day tasks.

New Site Builds
Tower MODs
Inspections / Tower Mapping
MW install / Maintenance
Fiber Splicing
Daily status updates to management team

Experience and Education

2-3 year tower Climbing experience
Anritsu certified (preferred)
Ability to read / understand blueprints
Knowledge of standard knots and rigging practices
