Cannon Property Management is looking for a dependable maintenance technician to join our team. This position will involve a significant amount of interior and exterior painting. The technician will also complete carpentry repairs and other general property maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing rental units for new tenants during unit turns. Unit-turn work may include drywall repairs, trim replacement, painting, flooring repairs, and minor fixture installation. Applicants should have reliable transportation, their own basic tools, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and completes jobs efficiently. Previous painting and carpentry experience is strongly preferred.
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
