About the Position:
The Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the recruitment team, helping drive an efficient and well-coordinated hiring process. This role focuses on candidate pipeline activities, team support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day recruitment operations.
We are looking to add a temporary team member for a 4–6 month engagement supporting a customer project.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the recruitment team with employment-related research and general administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with the screening and initial outreach to candidates to help assess qualifications and interest, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including contact details, notes, and relevant preferences.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews or introductions as needed.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide flexible support across recruitment or operational teams.
- Contribute to special projects or assignments, as needed.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members and assist with reviewing work outputs, as assigned.
- Help address and resolve issues or escalations, as appropriate.
- May serve as a backup in the absence of a supervisor or manager.
What You’ll Bring:
- One year of administrative or operational experience.
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
- Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
- Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
- Obtain facts and data pertaining to an issue or question.
- Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions.
- Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
- Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.

Pay Rate: Annualized at $50,000 - $55,000 (actual pay will be prorated based on the length of the temporary assignment)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
