What You’ll Be Doing
You will work with customers from the first conversation to the final handshake. Some customers will know exactly what they want. Others will need help figuring it out. Your job is to make the process smooth, professional, and personal.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and creating a strong first impression
- Helping customers choose the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Answering questions about inventory, features, payments, trade-ins, and financing
- Following up with internet leads, phone calls, texts, emails, and showroom visits
- Setting appointments and staying organized with your customer pipeline
- Taking customers on test drives
- Working with management and finance to complete deals
- Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Representing the dealership with honesty, energy, and professionalism
Who This Job Is For
This role is for someone who enjoys people, likes to win, and is willing to learn.
You do not need years of car sales experience. In fact, we are open to training the right person from outside the car business. Some of the best salespeople come from restaurants, retail, customer service, hospitality, real estate, call centers, delivery, military, or service-based jobs.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional appearance and attitude

- Saturdays are a must
- Willingness to learn the sales process
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
