What We’re Looking For
The Installer supports the onsite construction and installation of playgrounds, splashpads, and related equipment. This role performs hands‑on labor, follows direction from the Crew Lead, and helps ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and according to specifications. Responsibilities include site preparation, equipment assembly, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe jobsite. The Installer plays a key role in keeping projects on schedule and delivering high‑quality installations.
What You’ll Do

Follow instructions from the Crew Lead to complete daily construction and installation tasks.

Assist with site preparation including digging, grading, measuring, and layout.

Assemble playground structures and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and hardware.

Load, unload, and move materials safely around the jobsite.

Use measuring tools to mark installation points according to plans.

Operate equipment such as excavators or skid steers (if trained).

Maintain jobsite cleanliness and remove debris throughout the day.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

Report issues or discrepancies to the Crew Lead immediately.

Assist with concrete work such as mixing, pouring, and finishing.

Support inspections by ensuring work meets quality and specification standards.
What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Basic understanding of construction practices, hand tools, and jobsite safety.

Ability to read simple measurements and follow written or verbal instructions.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take directions from supervisors.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Work Environment
This role is based in Spring, Texas and requires travel. The role involves exposure to typical construction and service-related hazards.
