DOOR-TO-DOOR APPOINTMENT SETTER (FULL-TIME)
Home Improvement Company – San Diego
We are a well-established home improvement company in San Diego seeking motivated individuals to join our canvassing team. This role focuses on generating appointments for free home improvement estimates through direct outreach in residential neighborhoods.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a full-time, field-based position where you will engage directly with homeowners and schedule appointments for services such as roofing, exterior paint, windows, and other upgrades.
Success in this role is driven by consistency, communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
COMPENSATION:
- $20–$30 per hour (based on performance and experience)
- Additional bonuses for qualified appointments
- Opportunities for overrides and commissions on closed projects
- $200 referral bonus - when you bring a new team member (paid after referral completes 2 full weeks)

POSITION DETAILS:

Location: Serra Mesa, San Diego
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
- Introduce company services and current projects in the area
- Identify homeowner interest in improvement projects
- Schedule appointments for free consultations
- Accurately collect and submit lead information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Previous canvassing, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This role involves active door-to-door canvassing on a daily basis.
Candidates should be comfortable with continuous walking and direct interaction with homeowners.
