We are seeking a talented and visionary Executive Chef to lead our Culinary Team on the Rooftop and help shape the future of our culinary program.
The Opportunity

As Executive Chef of the Rooftop at the Providence G, you will oversee all culinary operations, drive menu innovation, mentor and develop culinary talent, and ensure every guest experience reflects the highest standards of quality and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Create and execute innovative, seasonal menus that showcase quality ingredients and culinary creativity
- Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth
- Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Oversee food costs, inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Partner with ownership and leadership on new concepts, special events, and culinary initiatives
- Streamline kitchen operations to improve efficiency and performance
- Stay ahead of culinary and hospitality trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the table
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale, or hospitality-driven environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Passion for menu development, food quality, and guest experience
- Solid understanding of kitchen financials, food costing, and labor management
- Deep knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
