Site Supervisor – Low Voltage & Security Systems

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate installation activities for low voltage and electronic security system projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading on-site installation teams, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. This is a traveling position that requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation crews on job sites, ensuring all work aligns with project scope, specifications, and quality standards.
- Lead and assist installation teams in executing projects efficiently and within established budgets and schedules.
- Interpret and apply project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate system installation.
- Communicate site progress, challenges, and needs to Project Managers through daily status reports (DSR), weekly redline updates, and material inventory tracking.
- Execute programming and commissioning of installed systems in accordance with project timelines and specification requirements.
- Support the RMA process and coordinate with the Project Coordinator assigned to each project.
- Train, mentor, and develop installation technicians in best field practices and professional conduct.
- Educate and train end users or clients on the operation of installed systems as required by project documentation.
- Enforce and adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and company safety regulations.
- Resolve on-site challenges effectively while maintaining professionalism and promoting a positive company image.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when representing the company to clients, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in low voltage, electronic security, or related technology installations.
- Demonstrated experience in site supervision or field leadership within the low voltage or construction industry.
- Strong technical understanding of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and other integrated security systems.
- Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general familiarity with project documentation tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required for project assignments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
