Janitor
The janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly environment. This includes routine cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company and client standards.
General Cleaning Duties

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Restroom Maintenance

Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and counters.

Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)

Empty trash and maintain odor control.
Trash & Waste Removal

Collect and dispose of trash from all designated areas

Replace liners in trash receptacles

Handle recycling according to guidelines.
Breakroom / Common Areas

Clean tables, countertops, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator, sink)

Maintain cleanliness and organization..
Safety & Compliance

Follow all company safety procedures and client guidelines.

Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.

Report hazards, damages, or maintenance issues promptly.

Reports to: Supervisor / Area Manager

May be required to submit reports or photos of completed work.
