You’re the pro on all things River Rat (don’t worry – we’ll train you!) for guests that call in with questions, need help changing or making reservations, and more.
This position supports operational sales & check-in. Your duties include (but may not be limited to) answering phone calls, sending emails, responding to emails, checking in guests, booking reservations, facility maintenance, assisting with inventory in the Gift Shops, and assisting the Management team with daily tasks.
Reservationists are expected to be able to communicate well and apply critical thinking to resolve issues with reservations.
Reservationists will be responsible for managing and handling payments of retail and activities. Five-star customer service is consistent among our Reservations staff. Must enjoy communicating by phone and navigating the computer for most of the duration of your shift.
Hours: Shifts typically range from 9am-8pm, 5 days/week (35-40 hours), but can vary depending on need and your availability.
Requirements: Ages 17 and older are welcome to apply. No experience necessary. Must have reliable ride to work (siblings, parents, carpool with other employees, etc.) if you do not drive.
