Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and professional Personal Trainer to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll work directly with existing Trainbetr clients, providing hour-long, individualized training sessions designed to help them achieve their unique fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 60-minute personal training sessions to existing clients
- Arrive at least five minutes early for each session, prepared with a detailed plan tailored to the client’s needs and goals
- Create personalized workout plans and track client progress using our training platform
- Ensure each client is staying on track with their fitness goals through regular check-ins and progress updates
- Attend monthly team trainer meetings to collaborate, learn, and maintain a high standard of coaching across the team
- Maintain a professional, positive, and supportive attitude with clients and teammates
Requirements:
- Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Experience using training software or platforms is a plus

Pay: $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
