Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Valid state licensure for SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively completing CFY
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive SLP assessments and evidence-based therapy to school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in coordination with educational staff
- Monitor progress, adjust intervention strategies, and maintain thorough records
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success in the classroom
