Position Overview
PDM is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Experience to lead the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of the company’s digital presence.
This role will lead the continued development of PDM’s website into a best-in-class digital experience that communicates our brand, showcases our technical expertise, and generates qualified sales opportunities. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, IT, and external partners, this individual will own website strategy, user experience, conversion optimization, analytics, SEO, and digital performance.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has extensive experience managing enterprise WordPress websites in B2B technology, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or infrastructure organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own PDM’s website strategy, roadmap, day-to-day management, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize website navigation, content architecture, user experience, performance, and conversion.
- Manage WordPress updates, templates, plugins, page creation, integrations, and ongoing enhancements.
- Coordinate and manage external website agencies, developers, and other digital partners.
- Ensure website security, uptime, accessibility, performance, governance, and technical best practices.
- Develop landing pages, forms, calls to action, and user journeys that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Lead website testing and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and website health.
- Manage technical SEO requirements with internal teams and external partners.
- Own GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, website dashboards, and digital reporting.
- Analyze visitor behavior, engagement, conversions, and lead performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build executive dashboards that connect digital performance to business outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product, and IT to support campaigns, product launches, events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Maintain consistent messaging and brand standards across PDM’s digital properties.
- Develop scalable website governance, documentation, and content-management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of digital marketing or digital experience.
- At least five years of hands-on experience managing enterprise WordPress websites required.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Understanding of CRM integrations, with Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
- Experience managing website agencies, developers, vendors, and project budgets.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, content architecture, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in B2B technology, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, energy, data centers, or infrastructure markets strongly preferred.

Within the first year, the Senior Manager will:
- Lead Phase I of PDM’s website transformation.
- Improve website conversion rates and marketing-qualified lead generation.
- Increase organic search visibility, traffic quality, and visitor engagement.
- Establish scalable website governance and content-management processes.
- Deliver executive reporting that connects digital performance to business impact.
- Create a digital experience that supports PDM’s expansion across AI infrastructure, utilities, energy, and industrial markets.
