Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take and accurately relay customer orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards in fine dining settings
- Serve food and drinks professionally, maintaining proper etiquette and efficiency
- Support catering and banquet events
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods and special events
- Manage Coffee station and prepare menu items
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fast casual or high-end food service environments is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or cashier responsibilities strongly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Hospitality background with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
