We are hiring Title & Dispatch Coordinators for a well-known, local salvage yard! Ideal candidates will be experienced in working with Car Titles and Tags, have a high attention to detail, and be an active problem solver within the workplace.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Dispatch vehicles and parts – working with towing companies, drivers, and adjusters throughout the process
- Process paperwork, complete data entry, and file reports
- Maintain inventory system and track vehicle statuses
- Handle vehicle titles and tags with accuracy and high attention to detail
- Assist in other areas of business when needed
About You:
- Title and tag experience
- QuickBooks and AutoBid experience preferred
- Computer skills
- Exemplify professionalism and high level of communication skills
- Excellent time management
Shift / Pay:
- $18-$20 per hour
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
