Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience while managing multi-line phone systems and reservation inquiries.
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and information about hotel amenities or local attractions.
- Manage guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing in accordance with hotel policies.
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy during overnight shifts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls professionally and courteously across multiple lines.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a valuable asset for communicating effectively with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems enhances operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of guest services, resort operations, and hospitality best practices is advantageous.
- Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience involving guest relations will support your success in this role.
