POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, and distributing materials to meet the needs of maintenance, repair, and field service teams. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and efficient loadout of materials while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The Warehouse Associate also provides operational support to technicians, assists with fleet and equipment upkeep, and helps ensure the overall readiness of tools, vehicles, and supplies critical to field operations.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick, pull, and prepare materials to fulfill repair, renovation, maintenance, and retail orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process daily and weekly maintenance requisitions to support ongoing operations.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and accurately stage and stock materials.
- Perform data entry and quality assurance checks to ensure order accuracy while maintaining accurate inventory records.\
- Support technicians with over-the-counter transactions, including returns, exchanges, and truck stock replenishment.
- Assist with general facility maintenance to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
- Fuel technician vehicles on a regular and as-needed basis to support field operations.
- Perform basic equipment repair and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and maintain vehicle fluid levels (e.g., oil, coolant) to ensure proper operation and reliability.
- Assemble and outfit service trucks for new technicians; decommission, clean, and prepare trucks for reassignment.
- Provide fleet support services, including assistance with dead batteries, stalled vehicles, and lockouts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard to promote efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts, spot checks, and stock level verification.
- Prepare materials for loadout to ensure accurate and timely delivery to field personnel.
- Deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians as needed to support daily operations.
- Track and manage specialty tools, including issuing, logging usage, and coordinating maintenance.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, lifts, and hand tools.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, inventory discrepancies, or facility issues through proper channels.
- Provide consistent, reliable coverage of warehouse operations to support uninterrupted order fulfillment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
- Operate a company vehicle.
- Perform all job functions independently with no on-site supervision.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
