San Antonio Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. We are seeking a motivated professional who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional service experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Compensation: $60,000–$120,000+ annually, based on experience, performance, customer satisfaction, and other qualifying factors.
CDJR dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor repair progress
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate repair orders while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
- CDJR dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Valid driver's license required
