Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. Your expertise in machining, fabrication, and equipment programming will ensure smooth production flows and adherence to safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in working in a product manufacturing environment.
- Capable of programming and operating CNC’s, Laser Engravers/Cutters, Digital Printers, in addition to other manufacturing equipment.
- Experienced in using graphical design tools.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Understands the production workflow and quality processes for product manufacturing.
- Self-Motivated and strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, laser engravers/cutters, digital printers, and other manufacturing machines within a manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to convert prospective designs in graphic software into CAD files.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion or other industry standard CAM programming and CNC programming techniques
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools confidently. Hands-on experience with factory tools. Knowledge of materials handling procedures and warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues effectively.
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience demonstrating reliability in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Capable of helping the business grow the CNC machining operations to support new and innovative production designs.
- Previous experience in Maker Space environment a plus.
Work Location: This is an in person position.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
