Location: Must reside and practice in Georgia
We are seeking a Georgia-admitted commercial litigator with a proven portable book and a track record of leading complex disputes from inception through appeal. A true courtroom generalist, you handle virtually any business matter in court and bring sound judgment, entrepreneurial drive, and strong client stewardship.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Lead and manage full‑lifecycle commercial litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, motions, discovery/ESI, depositions, witness preparation, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and appeals
Drive strategy and advocacy by drafting and arguing dispositive and strategic motions, and negotiating resolutions when appropriate
Advise clients on risk, exposure, and business impact; develop case budgets and staffing plans to ensure efficient execution
Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm (5-7 years out or more)
A minimum portable book of $350K
