Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, confident, and engaging Live Stream Host to represent the company during live broadcasts across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on camera, engaging with viewers, presenting products or services, and creating an entertaining, professional, and interactive live-stream experience.
Duties
- Host engaging live streaming sessions across various social media platforms, captivating audiences with energetic presentation and product demos
- Promote products effectively by highlighting features, benefits, and usage tips to encourage viewer interaction and sales
- Build strong customer relationships through active engagement, responding to comments, questions, and feedback during live broadcasts
- Manage data collection related to viewer interactions, preferences, and sales metrics to optimize future streams
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event marketing strategies that boost viewership and brand visibility
- Handle sales objections professionally by providing clear information and solutions to potential customers’ concerns
- Represent the brand positively by maintaining consistent branding, messaging, and professional appearance during all live sessions
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in front of a camera and large audiences; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of data collection techniques to analyze viewer behavior and campaign performance
- Experience in event marketing or promoting products through live or in-person channels preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with customers through excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge
- Technical proficiency with streaming tools, social media management software, and basic editing skills
- Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to handle sales objections gracefully and persuasively
