About Us
We are a self-performing commercial Division 9 subcontractor working across NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD, VA, DC, Connecticut, and Florida on both private and public/prevailing wage projects. We field our own crews, buy our own material, and run a fast-paced, deadline-driven office. We're looking to add an experienced Purchasing Agent / Estimator to the team — someone who can own procurement and pricing across all our markets.
What You'll Do Purchasing & Procurement

Cost ControlTrack material cost against the estimate on every active projectSet up detailed alerts and triggers that flag material spending trending over the estimate — not just overall, but by project, by floor, and by line item Report variances early with the detail to act on them
Estimating & Scheduling Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for cold form metal framing, drywall, ACT, doors and hardware, and specialty items
Prepare detailed construction schedules tied to procurement, lead times, and manpower Price labor accurately across wage structures: non-union rates, federal Davis-Bacon, and state and local prevailing wage
Build complete submittal packages and manage them through approval
