- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits with healthcare providers
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation efficiently
- Enter data into electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with clinical staff regarding patient needs and updates
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
- Support administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing files
Experience
- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately understand and relay patient information
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a busy setting
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with medical billing, scheduling software, or EHR systems is advantageous
