Position Summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and business analysis. This individual will work closely with the President and leadership team to evaluate company performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
What You’ll Do
· Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
· Prepare management reports and executive dashboards
· Monitor company profitability by aircraft, route, customer, and business segment
· Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business
· Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Assist leadership with growth planning and capital allocation decisions
· Support aircraft acquisition and financing analysis
· Evaluate charter profitability and operational efficiency
· Develop financial models for new opportunities and investments
· Work with external accountants and bookkeeping providers
· Review financial records for accuracy and completeness
· Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
· Support banking, financing, and lender relationships
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to the President
· Assist in preparing presentations for investors, lenders, and stakeholders
· Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
· 3+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or finance management experience
· Strong understanding of financial statements and business operations
· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
· Experience with QuickBooks and/or accounting software

· Aviation industry experience
· Experience with charter, transportation, or service-based businesses
· Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or financial dashboard tools
· Understanding of aircraft financing and capital planning
· MBA, CPA, CMA, or related certifications
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary based on experience, starting at $85,000
