As Store Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the boutique while developing a positive, energetic culture where both customers and team members thrive. You'll partner closely with upper management to grow the business, elevate the customer experience, and inspire your team to reach their full potential.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of Stylists to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop top talent.
- Create an engaging shopping experience through exceptional styling and service.
- Execute merchandising, visual displays, and inventory management.
- Plan and support in-store events, promotions, and social media initiatives.
- Build relationships with customers and grow a loyal local clientele.
- Monitor business performance and use key metrics to drive results.
- Communicate effectively with upper management and lead your team with professionalism and accountability.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
