Patrick & Henry offers 29 associate degree programs, 12 certificate programs and 38 career studies certificate programs. Purpose of Position:
The AI and Institutional Analytics Specialist supports the college’s analytics and institutional effectiveness efforts by developing dashboards, improving access to data, supporting reporting processes, and advancing the use of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. The position serves as a technical resource for data analysis, workflow innovation, and responsible AI adoption to improve operational efficiency and student success outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or equivalent.
- Data analytics, visualization, and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, etc.)
- Understanding of AI concepts, applications, and ethical considerations.
- Knowledge of institutional research, data governance, and data quality practices.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong written, verbal, and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with workflow improvement, automation, and process optimization.
