Eagle Graphics in Kaukauna, WI is looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator. For over 30 years, Eagle Graphics has been providing our customers with quality custom screen-printing, embroidery, promotional products, company stores, signs, banners, vehicle graphic and business printing. Our customer base consists of national accounts, large corporate clients, small business, retail and schools.
This position will be involved in all aspects of embroidery work including preparing garments, running machines, trimming and machine maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare machine by placing spools of thread, inserting bobbins, changing and threading needles
- Start and operate or tend machine
- Adjust machine performance by adjusting settings, thread and bobbin tensions
- Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as machine malfunctions, defective stitching, or breaks in thread
- Maintain quality by inspecting finished product
- Assures the updating is completed for all labor and production required data for the business management system on a daily basis.
- Ensure operation of machine by completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Additional as assigned
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing experience
- Previous Embroidery Machine experience not required (Tajima machine experience is a plus)
Skills/Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal directions, solve problems, work in a fast-paced team environment, and perform quality control
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
- Repetitive use of hands, fingers and arms; fine dexterity skills a must
Pay rate will be based on experience

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
